M’akola Development Services provides consulting expertise on a range of housing projects, including: mixed-use, purpose built, multi-family, and assisted living. Our tenant types span from youth, to singles, to families, and finally to seniors/Elders.

Our firm has partnered with BC Housing, Island Health, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, municipalities, First Nations and a number of non-profits to advance housing projects from conceptual phases through to completion and operations. We have experience developing both on and off-reserve, as well as across the province of BC.
