M’akola Development Services was originally engaged by the Prince George Metis Housing Society (PGMHS) to conduct an initial feasibility analysis for a high-density residential development on several different lots that PGMHS has acquired on Spruce Street in Prince George. A feasibility analysis and business plan have been produced and the project is now in its conceptual design phases. The 27 unit development, comprised of one-bedroom units, will be geared towards independent seniors and will include a number of accessible units.
