Pathways Abilities Society (Pathways) has supported individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities for over 60 years and manages 25 home share contracts on behalf of Community Living BC. Pathways also administers 19 apartment subsidies on behalf of BC Housing and operates two licensed community group homes.
Pathways began construction in February 2021 of a 68-unit, six-storey housing project targeting low-income tenants, and those with diverse abilities with affordable and lower-than market rents. The project will complete construction in Fall 2023 as Hadgraft-Wilson Place.
The M’akola Development Services (MDS) team is responsible for the site context analysis, project team coordination, municipal approvals, procurement, funding applications, management of the capital budget (soft and hard costs), provision contract administration services and business case development.
