
Emily is an emerging planner with over 4 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, Indigenous governments and provincial, regional and local governance bodies.
She has delivered community support resources, specifically tailored to local and Indigenous governments across British Columbia. Emily’s previous work required extensive research and an understanding of policy opportunities in both rural and urban contexts, and she has worked across a wide range of topic areas including housing, food systems, economic development, and climate action.
Emily has a Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto (2016) and a Masters of Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia’s School of Community and Regional Planning (2019). With her interdisciplinary background, Emily brings a community health and wellbeing lens to all her work and looks forward to supporting her clients with housing development and planning projects across British Columbia.
