Kevin is a key player in the future of affordable housing and is well-known for leading with innovative ideas and creative solutions while navigating the expiration of operating agreements. He is the CEO of the M’akola Group, the largest Aboriginal affordable housing provider and developer in BC. Kevin has worked with many First Nations to create on and off reserve homes. He has been a catalyst in getting many new housing projects off the ground and he’s paved the way for many housing providers through creative partnerships.
Kevin oversees the operation of over 1,600 units of Aboriginal affordable housing in various locations across BC, including: Greater Victoria, Cowichan/Duncan, Nanaimo, Port Alberni, Courtenay, Campbell River, Terrace, Prince Rupert, Sunshine Coast, Northwest BC, Far North BC, and North Central BC.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Member of the Institute of Housing and holds a Certificate in Project management.
