Our Land Development team focuses on understanding the unique challenges of accessing and strategically developing land in a range of communities. This includes assisting societies in assessing and securing property for development as well as strategically positioning existing assets for redevelopment. Through thoughtful analysis of property potential, zoning and land use considerations, existing use and cost, we are able to review and complete reviews of property for individual assessments to taking a portfolio approach through the use of our Site Redevelopment Prioritization Kit. Our keen understanding of affordable housing development, funding opportunities and land use considerations allow for a holistic review of land development.
