Over the course of her career and studies, Morgan has worked on projects related to planning policy and legislation, Indigenous housing development, mine post-closure planning, and affordable housing development. Morgan has been fortunate to live and work in communities ranging from Toronto to the Gulf Islands, and is happy to be settled back in Victoria.
Morgan is a planner with experience in both private sector development and municipal planning. She is a graduate of the Ryerson School of Urban and Regional Planning with a Masters of Planning in Urban Development (2020). At M’akola Development Services, Morgan provides project management and proposal development services for affordable housing development projects throughout BC. She brings a comprehensive understanding of the building design process and municipal approvals.
