Sarah is an experienced project manager with over twenty (20) years’ leading large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. Adept in managing complex budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. She has a proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, mitigating risks and driving efficiencies through strategic planning and innovative problem solving.
Over the course of her career, she has directly managed the completion of multiple construction projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors representing over $300M in construction costs. She has delivered 4 projects for MDS/MHS, including 300 units of multi-family residential housing by providing strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.
Sarah has her Gold Seal Certification in Project Management from the Canadian Construction Association (2018) and a Diploma in Interior Design from Durham College in Ontario (1997). She keeps up to date on current changes with the various contracts, insurance and the BC Building code / Energy step code.
