Sierra comes to M’akola Development Services with a background in community programming, youth leadership, and health research and implementation. During her time at MDS, Sierra will support organizations and various levels of government in planning and building inclusive spaces that prioritize affordability, accessibility, cultural belonging, and equity.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Population Health Sciences (2020) and grounds her work in an understanding of the intersections between housing and health.
