The development consists of 27 self-contained one-bedroom units geared towards seniors/Elders in the region, along with ground floor office space and a residential common room. Construction was completed in summer of 2018.
MDS prepared funding applications, securing funding from both the federal and provincial government to mobilize the project through to construction and operations.
