MDS is working with Turning Points Collaborative Society to develop affordable rental housing for low-income individuals and families in Kelowna. This 6-storey, 68 unit development will provide purpose‐built rental units that range in size from studios to three‐bedroom units. The proposed building will also contain two amenity spaces, including an outdoor rooftop terrace. Residents will benefit from community connectivity provided by the included dog run, a community garden, and the building’s close proximity to transit, stores, schools and parks.
Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2026, and complete in spring 2028.
