The MDS team has extensive experience building operational and asset management plans for a variety of housing uses, including affordable rental, supportive housing, transitional housing, and affordable homeownership. In addition to our in-house expertise, we are also able to rely upon the experience of M’akola Housing Society to keep operational plans realistic and robust. M’akola Housing Society brings over 35 years of professional property management experience, including operating over 1,600 housing units across British Columbia. MHS has a staff of over 100 and provides homes for over 5,000 families across BC.
