MDS is supporting the Chawathil First Nation to develop a 31-unit, multi-residential housing development on Schkam IR #2 Reserve Lands, the first new housing on the Nation’s Territory in the past 20 years.

Our team is working with M’akola Housing Society to develop 28 units of affordable housing for urban Indigenous families, seniors, and individuals living in downtown Penticton.

This project with the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre created shelter spaces, supportive housing, and affordable rentals for people living in the East Hastings area.

MDS is working with Hwul’a’mut Housing Society to develop a 50-unit affordable housing project on Tsleil-Waututh Nation IR#3 Reserve Lands, with a focus on family-sized rentals.

Our team is working as the development consultant for Snuneymuxw First Nation on a women’s transition & second-stage housing project in Nanaimo, BC.

MDS is working with the Snuneymuxw First Nation to develop 35 units of supportive housing in Nanaimo.

The Downtown Housing Project is a mixed-use development designed to bring together affordable housing and community-driven economic activity in downtown Golden.

Our team worked with the Nisga’a Lisims Government to prepare a comprehensive housing needs report, including a regional summary report and full reports for each of the six electoral areas.

MDS is working with the Quesnel Tillicum Society to develop 35 affordable and secure rental homes for Indigenous Elders, families and young adults living in Quesnel.

MDS worked with the Wachiay Friendship Centre to develop 40 units of affordable housing for Indigenous people living in Courtenay.

Our team partnered with Haisla Nation to explore housing options for their members living on and off the traditional territory of Haisla Nation.

The Village of Laxgalts’ap, located within the Nisga’a Nation, is working with MDS to develop a 30 unit affordable housing project for Indigenous families, Elders and individuals living independently on reserve.
