M’akola Housing Society (MHS) worked with MDS to develop this affordable housing project in Oliver, BC. 

The four-storey development includes 46 rental homes, providing a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes for local families, seniors and individuals with low-to-moderate incomes. Owned and operated by the M’akola Housing Society, this new building is offering affordable and stable housing, allowing local residents to continue living in their community.

This project was made possible with support from BC Housing, who invested approximately $4.9 million through the Community Housing Fund. The organization is also providing approximately $437,000 in annual operating funding.
