This new seven-storey building will include a mix of affordable studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. Residents will also benefit from community connectivity provided by the shared amenity room with kitchen, outdoor courtyard with playground, and rooftop outdoor space.
Funding for 450 Pacific Street includes $45.6 million through the Affordable Housing Fund, $14.4 million from the Province, through the Community Housing Fund and $2.2 million land contribution from Concord Pacific and $2.6 million in DCC waivers from the City of Vancouver.
Construction began in summer 2025 and is expected to complete in spring 2028.
