MDS is supporting Ksan House Society (Ksan) with the design and construction of 39 units of affordable housing for families, seniors and individuals living in Terrace.
Funded by BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund, this project includes a mix of rent-geared-to-income, deep subsidy and near market units that range in size from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. The development also includes an outdoor playground and patio, enabling connections between residents.
Construction began in 2025, and is expected to complete in November 2026.
