MDS is supporting ‘Ksan Society (Ksan) with the design and construction of affordable housing at 2801 Kenney Street in Terrace. Once complete, this project will provide 39 new homes for families, seniors and individuals.
Funded by BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund, this project includes a mix of rent-geared-to-income, deep subsidy and near market units that range in size from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. The development also includes an outdoor playground and patio, enabling connections between residents.
