The Hemlock is part of the Greenecourt Housing development, a multi‑building community that delivers affordable rental housing for the Sunshine Coast.

Funded under BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund, the four‑storey building will provide 94 affordable homes for seniors in a mix of studio, one‑bedroom, and two‑bedroom units, along with shared indoor amenity spaces, dedicated Sunshine Coast Lions Club space on the ground floor, and underground parking with scooter and bicycle storage.
