
Sandy is a Registered Professional Planner and housing research and policy consultant with over eight years of experience in local government planning and provincial level program management. He has specific experience with new BC and Federal housing programs, has developed housing needs reports and housing strategies for communities across British Columbia, consulted on Official Community Plans and growth strategies, and routinely supports governments with creative housing policy and infrastructure solutions.
Sandy is a graduate of the Dalhousie University Master of Planning program. His work has appeared in Planning West and the Critical Planning Journal.
