Victoria Ward, Project Administrator

Victoria (she/her) has joined the M’akola Development Services team as a Project Administrator.

Victoria comes from a background of management and operations, in a fast-paced environment working in the private home care industry. Victoria ran the day-to-day operations as well as mentored her team to ensure the company and the staff thrived, and she is eager to bring her expertise to M’akola. At M’akola Development Services, Victoria supports several regional teams with project checklists, file maintenance, project accounting support, and team organization. She also contributes to and maintains the regional team’s day-to-day tasks through meeting preparation, creating, and distributing minutes and maintaining timelines on deliverables.
